On my last assignment I was the head project planning and development to roll-out the GSM and 3G project with NGN technology in TM International Bangladesh with the contract values worth of USD 180 million in 2005 and 220 million in 2006. Very familiar with operators and vendor, products and services, procedures, international trade and investments. Extensive knowledge in many aspects of latest telecommunication technologies and roadmap. Very knowledgeable in managing end to end of the GSM projects including vendor management, contract and SLA negotiations and also heavily involve in the tender evaluation team. In-depth knowledge of project plan, budget control, subcontractor negotiations and overall project delivery in telecommunication network including cell site construction, equipment installation and commissioning, switch facility design particularly with NGN (3G platform) and network plans.
